Remembrance Sunday

Remembrance Sunday is the day traditionally put aside to remember all those who have given their lives for the peace and freedom we enjoy today. On this day people across the nation pause to reflect on the sacrifices made by our brave service men and women.

To commemorate this I went with my local Scouts to the remembrance day service in Hornsea! It was not so long ago when I carried the flag for the town at this service on behalf of the 1st Hornsea Scout Group! I also spent a while at the gym today to increase my fitness, before heading home at 10p.m. (pretty late) after my work out!
