Hull City Back To Winning Ways!

Today I was pleased to see that Hull City where back to winning ways! All eyes had been on the league's top scorer Stuart Elliott before kick-off, with City hopeful and Wrexham fearful that the Northern Irish winger would get the Tigers back to winning ways after a six-week injury lay-off.

Australian striker Danny Allsopp reignited Hull's League One title bid with a double in the 2-1 win over relegation-threatened Wrexham. Allsopp, who this week denied reports he is looking to return Down Under, fired Hull ahead in the 35th minute - his first goal since January 3. The 26-year-old doubled his tally 13 minutes into the second half, stabbing home Stuart Elliott's knockdown to earn Hull their first league victory in six games.

Striker Danny Allsopp stole the headlines with two goals that helped City consolidate their second-place position. So, I hope that Danny will be staying in the UK and not returning to his hometown club, Melbourne Victory as he has confirmed!
